Description: A convection oven deals with the problems of hot and cold spots and uneven cooking result by using a fan to circulate air and keep the temperature more steady, when hot air is blowing onto food, as opposed to merely surrounding it, the food tends to cook more quickly than in a conventional oven, it also means you also don’t have to worry about rotating your pans and it crisps food better. With faster cooking times, food gets to the table quicker, which can be a great asset for busy events. The oven also has the facility of a 120 minute timer, once this time is finished a bell will sound, to discontinue the timer turn knob anticlockwise. This powerful 3.1kW convection oven should only be plugged into and individual power socket, it should not be used in conjunction with an extension lead or any sort of plug adaptor.
