Commercial Frying Pan

Description: Our frying pans which can also be called skillets are 28cm round with a flat-bottom, shallow 5cm pan with a 24cm long handle. As the heat is spread evenly throughout the bottom of the pan cooking speed is excellent, the food within the pan can be spread evenly and thinly because the frying pan is wide and shallow. Frying pans are primarily used for frying food, but you can also sauté, sear, brown, or scramble in them. This does not come with a lid, as these pans are not designed for trapping moisture.
