Description: Our roasting tray is a larger, sturdier vessel with extra deep sides made of stainless steel, which conducts heat very well, also with their raised sides this traps the heat, which allows for even cooking, making them perfect for preparing larger meat and poultry cuts. This is ideal if you are cooking for a larger crowd and are great for roasting multiple sides at the same time.
