Description: Our 24" Salmon kettle made from stainless steel is a thin deep pan designed for cooking whole fish such as salmon or trout. It has a handle at both ends and a tightly-fitting lid. Inside the kettle there is a rack to lay the fish on, which also has handles, to make it easy to remove the cooked fish in one piece. This poacher is big enough to fit many types of fish so that you can cook them whole - a great option for dinner parties.
