Description: Our electric Bain Marie is used to keep food warm over an extended period of time. It provides a consistent gentle heat, so it can hold pre-cooked food at the correct temperature and ensure it is ready to eat during a period of service at any event or function. Bain-Marie’s should not to be used for heating food, this must be heated before being placed in the Bain Marie, they are designed to keep hot food hot and should be preheated before use and operated on the highest temperature setting.
