How to order
Getting a quote is easy and there’s no obligation to order. Get a quote via phone, email or online.
You can decide between delivery and collection. Remember our delivery price includes us collecting the items after the event. You can also decide between returning items dirty or clean.
Once you’re happy with your quote, you pay 30% to secure your items. Don’t worry, you can still amend your order until 96 hours before delivery or collection.
One week before delivery or collection you pay the remaining balance for your order. Certain orders require a holding deposit which will be refunded if there are no damages. This will be paid with the remaining balance.
If you picked delivery, your items will be delivered in plenty of time before your event giving you plenty of time you setup. If you picked collection, your order will be ready for you to collect during the time slot decided.
After the event, your order will be collected or returned to us by you depending on your delivery/collection option. We clean and check all of the items and, if there are no problems, we will send back the holding deposit within a week.
